Our Coton de Tulear Story
Explore the heart and heritage of Milky & Flocon, where our small family kennel is committed to the art of raising vibrant Coton de Tulear puppies. Our journey started with a single fluffy companion and flourished into a household full of affectionate dogs who live as cherished family members. Each pup is nurtured underfoot, integrated into daily life with children, and thoughtfully placed with owners who prioritize temperament and well-being. By choosing Milky & Flocon, you are joining a community of pet lovers dedicated to these incredible dogs.

Our Milky & Flocon Promise
We believe every Coton de Tulear puppy deserves a start filled with love, calm, and careful attention. At Milky & Flocon, we focus on health-tested parents, ethical breeding practices, and a nurturing home environment where puppies grow up underfoot—not in kennels. From early socialization to thoughtful matching with families, our promise is simple: happy, healthy companions who are ready to bring warmth, laughter, and loyalty into your life.
